Shipping policy

At AH Legacy Sports, all items are made to order. This allows us to offer teams and customers a wider selection of higher-quality products without requiring upfront inventory or minimums.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 7–10 business days.
Because each item is custom produced after purchase, processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping & Delivery

Once production is complete, items ship directly to the customer.
Most packages arrive within 3–5 business days after leaving the production facility.

We ship throughout the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Tracking information is provided as soon as each shipment leaves the facility.

Multiple Shipments

To offer a broader collection of apparel and accessories, products may be produced by multiple specialized production partners. As a result:

  • Orders may arrive in more than one package

  • Items may ship on different days

  • Tracking numbers may be issued separately for each shipment

This applies to both team collections and non-team products.

Shipping Costs & Tiered Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using a tiered shipping structure.

  • Single-item orders carry the base shipping cost

  • Larger orders benefit from tiered shipping, which helps spread shipping costs across multiple products

  • In many cases, ordering multiple items together is the most cost-effective option

This structure allows us to provide a larger product selection and better-quality items, rather than limiting stores to a small number of basic options.

Team Collections

Team collections may remain visible on the site before, during, or after active fundraising periods.

  • During fundraising windows, eligible purchases contribute to the team’s fundraising total

  • Outside of fundraising periods, team-branded items may still be available for purchase but may not include a fundraising component

Shipping, fulfillment, and delivery timelines remain the same regardless of fundraising status.

Order Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at
ahlegacysports@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
